Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with local organizations and healthcare providers
- Collect and analyze public health data for program evaluation
- Manage grant reporting requirements and funding compliance
- Conduct community needs assessments and resource mapping
- Train community health workers and volunteers
- Collaborate with county agencies on health equity initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years public health program coordination experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel)
- Strong grant writing and reporting skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred
