Responsibilities
- Design and deliver culturally competent health education workshops and materials
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Develop partnerships with schools, clinics, and non-profits
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and reporting requirements
- Create digital and print health communication campaigns
- Coordinate vaccination outreach events across multiple sites
- Analyze health data to inform program improvements
- Train community health workers and volunteers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or related field
- 3+ years experience in community health education
- CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) credential required
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with grant writing and compliance reporting
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Knowledge of CDC program evaluation frameworks
- Experience with EHR systems and health data analysis
