Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response efforts including FEMA and CDC partnerships
- Lead community vaccination campaigns and distribution of emergency supplies
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform crisis decision-making
- Train public health staff on emergency procedures and risk communication

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Expertise in epidemiological data analysis and crisis communication
- Ability to work 24/7 during declared emergencies with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency management software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
