Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response efforts including FEMA and CDC partnerships

- Train staff and volunteers in emergency response procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or disaster management
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local public health regulations
- Exceptional crisis communication skills with diverse community groups
- Experience with emergency management software (e.g., WebEOC, EMTrack)
- Ability to work flexible hours including 24/7 emergency response rotations
