Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols during public health crises
- Develop and execute emergency preparedness plans for Boston metropolitan area

- Train public health staff on emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with FEMA, CDC, and local healthcare systems
- Prepare post-incident reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years public health emergency response experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and emergency management software
- Ability to work 24/7 during crisis periods with minimal notice
- Excellent crisis communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
