Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement county-wide emergency preparedness protocols
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Lead community vaccination and testing initiatives during outbreaks
- Train healthcare providers and first responders on emergency procedures
- Secure federal/state emergency response funding through grant applications
- Conduct post-incident reviews and update response strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health crisis response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and health data visualization tools
- Experience managing federal grant-funded projects
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergency activations
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and FEMA Incident Command System
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
