Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies during disaster response

- Train staff and volunteers on emergency response procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health or emergency response coordination
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS) or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of public health regulations and protocols
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Ability to work irregular hours during emergencies
