Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government/public health emergency response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300)
- Proven crisis communication skills during emergencies
- Experience with federal/state emergency grant programs
- Strong analytical skills for threat assessment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
