Responsibilities
- Develop and execute county-wide emergency preparedness plans for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency response efforts with FEMA, CDC, and local healthcare providers
- Lead crisis communication strategies for diverse communities across Dallas County
- Manage data-driven resource allocation during emergency activations
- Conduct rapid needs assessments and implement intervention protocols

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
