Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and execute emergency preparedness protocols for vulnerable populations
- Lead incident command system deployments and resource allocation
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform strategic response decisions
- Train and mobilize volunteer response networks
- Collaborate with federal, state, and tribal health authorities
- Conduct post-incident evaluations and update response frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health emergency response
- Incident Command System (ICS) certification (FEMA 100/200)
- Proven crisis communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced data analysis using public health surveillance tools
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Experience managing federal grant-funded health initiatives
