Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of food establishments, childcare facilities, and public swimming pools

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field
- Valid Florida Public Health Inspector certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years experience in regulatory inspections or environmental health
- Strong knowledge of FDA Food Code and Florida sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for inspections
