Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit health policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with health data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts public health systems and regulations
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills with policy stakeholders
