Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data to identify emerging health trends and policy implications
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for local health regulations and interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement community health programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for county commissioners and stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with federal/state health regulations and grant requirements
- Lead community outreach initiatives to gather stakeholder input on health policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Policy Analysis, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government/public health policy development
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Deep understanding of CDC/ODH guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy briefings and reports
- Valid Ohio driver's license with reliable transportation
