Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data to inform county policy decisions
- Develop and implement health equity initiatives across Nashville neighborhoods
- Collaborate with state/federal agencies on grant compliance and reporting
- Present findings to public officials and community stakeholders
- Monitor emerging health trends and recommend proactive measures
- Lead cross-departmental health emergency response planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of government/public sector experience
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS/R/Tableau)
- Strong policy writing and grant management background
- Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with community engagement methodologies
- Knowledge of CDC/PHHS standards and compliance
