Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with public health regulations

- Manage grant applications and oversee program budgets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel) and GIS mapping
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health reporting requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
