Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Manage federal/state grant budgets and reporting requirements (e.g., HRSA, CDC)
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships with healthcare providers and NGOs
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform program strategy and policy recommendations
- Lead community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement campaigns
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ADA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior staff and conduct program evaluations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government/public health program management
- Proven track record with federal/state grant management and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay healthcare landscape preferred
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- PHR/SPHR or CPHP certification a plus
