Responsibilities
- Lead epidemiological investigations and data analysis for population health initiatives
- Develop evidence-based public health interventions and policy recommendations
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships with local healthcare providers
- Present findings to legislative committees and community stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with CA Health & Safety Code requirements
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee program evaluation metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of public health policy analysis experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible
- Advanced proficiency in R, SAS, and Tableau
- Demonstrated success with grant writing and management
- Knowledge of CA Title 22 regulations
- Valid California driver's license
