Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention programs
- Collaborate with community organizations to address health inequities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Manage grant-funded projects and compliance reporting
- Lead crisis response coordination during public health emergencies
- Train healthcare providers on updated protocols and best practices
- Advocate for policy changes at local and state levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- California Public Health certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience managing federal/state grants and budgets
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
