Responsibilities

- Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend system improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in public health crisis response or emergency management
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential required
- Proven expertise in inter-agency coordination and resource mobilization
- Advanced data analysis skills using platforms like ESRI or Tableau
- Experience managing federal grants ($500K+ budgets)
