Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze health data trends to inform policy recommendations and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address social determinants of health
- Manage grant applications and reporting for federal/state health initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and stakeholder engagement activities
- Monitor program outcomes using KPIs and prepare executive reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with health equity frameworks and community-based participatory research
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours for community events and meetings
