Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Collaborate with community partners to implement outreach initiatives in underserved areas
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and resource allocation needs
- Develop grant proposals and manage program budgets to secure sustainable funding
- Lead community health education workshops and vaccination campaigns
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county leadership and state health departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
