Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health education campaigns for diverse populations

- Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives including vaccination campaigns
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Train community health workers and volunteers on program protocols
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform strategic health interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health program administration
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Certification in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/Excel
- Experience working with underserved communities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
