Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health intervention strategies targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and program gaps
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships with local healthcare providers and non-profits
- Prepare comprehensive grant proposals and manage federal/state funding allocations
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Monitor program compliance with state and federal regulations
- Prepare detailed progress reports for legislative review
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in government/nonprofit setting
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
