Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education programs for diverse communities
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses including vaccination campaigns and disaster mitigation
- Collaborate with community partners to address social determinants of health
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for leadership
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience with emergency response protocols and crisis communication
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred
