Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit public health
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Proven crisis management and emergency response experience
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
