Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy decisions
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations for health equity initiatives
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Lead public awareness campaigns on disease prevention and wellness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance (HRSA, CDC)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly desirable
