Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health programs targeting underserved communities in Tarrant County
- Analyze healthcare data to inform policy recommendations and resource allocation
- Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profit partners on health initiatives
- Manage grant compliance reporting and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Conduct community outreach and educational workshops on health topics
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for state leadership review
- Lead cross-functional teams during public health emergency responses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in government or non-profit program management
- Texas driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Tableau)
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive data handling
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification (highly desirable)
