Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community health needs
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to coordinate health initiatives
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach programs for diverse populations
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and health metrics
- Manage grant funding and ensure compliance with public health regulations
- Participate in emergency preparedness and response coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified Public Health (CPH) credential preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of Texas public health regulations and policies
- Valid Texas driver's license
