Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform strategic interventions
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to develop culturally responsive health education initiatives
- Lead crisis response coordination during public health emergencies
- Prepare comprehensive grant proposals and manage federal/state funding allocations
- Develop health policy recommendations to support legislative initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and other regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience in community engagement and coalition building
- Knowledge of Indiana public health statutes and federal regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills for reports and grant writing
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
