Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting at-risk populations

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and government agencies on disease surveillance
- Prepare grant proposals and manage public health project budgets
- Respond to public health emergencies and coordinate crisis management protocols
- Conduct health assessments and compile comprehensive impact reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong interpersonal skills for community stakeholder engagement
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
