Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health assessments using epidemiological data analysis
- Develop evidence-based public health policies and intervention programs
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships for health education initiatives

- Lead community outreach events targeting underserved populations
- Manage grant-funded public health projects and budgets
- Analyze health trends and recommend strategic adjustments to programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field with 3+ years experience
- Valid Minnesota Public Health Practitioner certification required
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with community health program development
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and Healthy People 2030 objectives
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively across government departments
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
