Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting Boston's diverse communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend intervention strategies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports for county leadership and funding bodies
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and standards
- Lead crisis response efforts during public health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations in urban settings
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
