Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting community health disparities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and inform strategic interventions
- Coordinate multi-agency health initiatives with hospitals, schools, and community organizations
- Lead crisis response for public health emergencies including disease outbreaks and natural disasters
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach events for diverse populations
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and community health metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS
- Demonstrated experience in grant writing and federal compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in community engagement
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
