Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health intervention strategies for vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Lead community outreach initiatives and health education campaigns
- Manage grant-funded programs and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve care coordination
- Prepare detailed reports for county commissioners and public health advisory boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with emergency preparedness and response planning
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health privacy regulations
