Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and risks
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Conduct health education workshops and outreach initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports for state and federal agencies
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and standards
- Collaborate with emergency response teams during health crises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health or healthcare experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent certification
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with health program development and evaluation
- Excellent communication and community engagement abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
