Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health education programs for diverse communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Lead community outreach initiatives promoting preventive health measures
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state and federal health compliance
- Maintain accurate health records and confidential patient data

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health administration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Exceptional communication and community engagement skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
