Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental service delivery initiatives across Mecklenburg County
- Develop and implement community outreach programs for underserved neighborhoods
- Analyze service delivery metrics and recommend process improvements
- Act as primary liaison between county departments and community stakeholders
- Manage grant applications and compliance for public service projects
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for county leadership
- Train staff on new service protocols and customer engagement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or non-profit coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Experience with grant management and reporting
- Knowledge of Charlotte-Mecklenburg community resources
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
