Responsibilities
- Coordinate public health emergency response initiatives across Seattle metropolitan areas
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform community health interventions
- Develop educational materials for underserved populations in King County
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers on vaccination outreach programs
- Monitor compliance with state and federal public health regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community organizations and government agencies
- Prepare comprehensive reports on health trends and program effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public health or healthcare administration
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation strongly preferred
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends for community events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
