Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health policies for Pennsylvania communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Coordinate with federal agencies (CDC, HRSA) for grant funding and program alignment
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute statewide health initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with local health departments and community organizations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative review and public transparency
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, and Pennsylvania health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health program management
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Knowledge of federal/state health regulations and grant processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for policy documentation
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Experience with health data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
