Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data to inform policy decisions
- Coordinate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies
- Develop educational materials and conduct outreach activities
- Monitor program compliance and prepare compliance reports
- Respond to public health inquiries and emergencies
- Assist in grant writing and budget management for health initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of public health or healthcare experience
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
- Certification in CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health data systems
