Responsibilities

- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Train healthcare staff on public health protocols and compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Texas Department of State Health Services certification preferred
- Proficiency in SPSS, SAS, or similar statistical software
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Experience with community-based participatory research
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
