Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft comprehensive research reports with actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex information
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R) and policy management software
