Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and socioeconomic data to inform policy recommendations
- Research and evaluate the effectiveness of existing state programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or Stata)
