Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy issues and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy briefings for city council review

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public policy experience
- Advanced data analysis and report writing proficiency
- Strong knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and public procurement
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance (if required)
- Experience with municipal budget processes
