Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector roles
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Texas municipal governance structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Valid Texas driver's license
