Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic community programs aligned with city objectives
- Manage program budgets up to $2M with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Lead cross-departmental teams and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Analyze program metrics to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes
- Prepare detailed reports for City Council and senior leadership
- Coordinate with federal/state agencies for grant funding opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Expertise in budget development and fiscal management
- Strong data analysis and reporting proficiency
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Proven track record of managing community-focused initiatives
