Responsibilities
- Dispatch police, fire, and emergency medical services during night shifts
- Maintain accurate records of all emergency calls and responses
- Operate multi-channel radio systems and emergency alert platforms
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support to callers
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Comply with all federal and state communication protocols
- Participate in regular drills and training exercises
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Pass background check and polygraph examination
- Proficiency in computer-aided dispatch systems
- Strong multi-tasking and decision-making abilities
- Certified in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) or willingness to obtain
