Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response for police, fire, and medical services
- Maintain accurate incident logs and communication records
- Operate multi-line telephone systems and radio dispatch equipment
- Provide clear, concise instructions to first responders
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) systems efficiently
- Monitor multiple communication channels simultaneously

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of dispatch or customer service experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD systems
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts including holidays
