Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city zones during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Respond to emergency calls within 8-minute response time
- Conduct traffic control during downtown events
- Document incidents using RMS database systems
- Collaborate with state agencies during major incidents
- Maintain public order in entertainment districts
- Conduct weekend wellness checks for vulnerable populations
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Peace Officer certification
- 2+ years law enforcement or public safety experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Class C Oregon driver's license (clean record)
- Ability to work rotating weekend schedule
- Proficient in CAD/RMS systems
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Pass psychological evaluation and background check
