Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent crime and ensure public safety during weekend hours
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct thorough investigations and document incidents accurately
- Collaborate with cross-agency partners for coordinated weekend operations
- Provide community outreach and crime prevention education
- Maintain detailed incident reports and evidence documentation
- Enforce local ordinances and state laws during weekend events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Indiana Law Enforcement Certification
- Minimum 2 years law enforcement or public safety experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check, physical fitness test, and psychological evaluation
